Lim Wen Heng Construction Pte Ltd began its history as a private limited company in Singapore in 1994. Our major activities are in General Building Construction and other Civil Engineering works. We are registered as A1 graded construction company with Building & Construction Authority. Our staff and workers are highly qualified and motivated and we are committed to satisfying our clients’ requirements.

Lim Wen Heng began property development in 2005, starting with a detached bungalow at Hemsley Ave, Serangoon Gardens. Over the years, LWH has developed more than 20 properties development.

In more recent years, LWH has expanded into Joint Ventures with other property developers to develop condominium projects such as Natura@Hillview, Liv@Wilkie and Liv@Sophia. LWH’s latest upcoming development will be a Peranakan-themed 16-unit apartment at 38 Carpmael Road. Our upcoming joint venture development will be at “Upper Bukit Timah Road".

Moving forward, we will continue to capitalize on our two decades of experience as a builder to provide both quality materials and intricate workmanship to all our developments.
